How Does The DEX Work?

With your own DEX you’ll be able to generate even more income by taking in fees from using your site to trade and transact with their cryptocurrencies.                    

But what is exactly is a DEX and how does it work? 

                   

“D E X” stands for decentralized exchange, and it is a platform where people can easily trade cryptocurrencies without intermediaries like banks or payment processors. 

                   

And it all happens automatically! 

                   

This means that by enabling a DEX on your CryptoKit site, your visitors will be able to buy, sell, and swap their coins with ease. 

                   

The best part is that you will be earning income in your sleep from all the transaction fees! 

                   

To enable the DEX on your site, go to your dashboard, click on the “CryptoKit Settings” shortcut, and then click on the “DEX Settings” tab. 

                   

Here you can fill in the details in these three tabs so people can start buying, selling, and swapping on your site. 

                   

On the “Transaction Fees” tab, you need to add your custom Bitcoin fee, which is the fee your site will charge for Bitcoin transactions.                    

And then your custom minimum value, which is the minimum amount of Bitcoin users will be able to buy, sell, or swap on your DEX. 

                   

Enter your Bitcoin fee first. 

                   

The average fee most decentralized exchanges charge for Bitcoin transactions is between 10 percent and 20 percent. 

                   

I recommend you to set a 10 percent Bitcoin fee to make transactions on your DEX affordable and attractive. 

                   

Next, enter the minimum value. This is set at 0.0001 Bitcoin, which is already the minimum Bitcoin transaction accepted by most decentralized exchanges. 

                   

Which means it’s already optimized and you don’t have to edit it.
You can then configure the minimum amounts to transact in all other tokens. 

                   

First, you need to set the minimum transaction fee for all other tokens. Again, it is best if you enter a 10 percent fee! 

Enter the minimum transaction amount in all other tokens. Here it is best if you set the minimum amount at 0.001 for all tokens. 

                   

You’re done adding your fee and minimum transaction amounts at this point, but notice you will need to enter your own Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses too. 

                   

Click on the “info boxes” tab. 

                   

You need to customize the info boxes to describe your DEX services in your site, so click on the “Buy Tokens Using Credit Card” tab next. 

                   

Your DEX users will be able to buy cryptocurrencies with fiat using their credit cards through the “Itez” platform. 

                   

To generate income with this method, you need to create an affiliate link that takes people who want to buy crypto with their cards to the Itez website. 

                   

This way you earn money every time a user purchases crypto from your DEX this way. To create your link, start by clicking on “get your Itez affiliate link”. 

                   

In the following page, initiate the buying process by selecting your currency and a crypto currency. The minimum buying amount is set by default, so just click on the “buy” button to continue. 

                   

You’ll be prompted to enter an email address, so simply enter it into this field and click on “next”. 

                   

You’ll be required to enter a 6-digit code to confirm your email, so go to your email inbox, look for the “One Time Code” email from Itez to find your code there, paste it, and click on “Verify”. 

                   

Now that you verified your email, you’ll be logged in. 

                   

To get your link, click on this menu icon and select “Affiliates”. 

                   

You’ll be prompted to enter your Bitcoin address to receive your affiliate earnings. 

                   

Enter your Bitcoin address into this field, and then click on “Join”. 

                   

This will generate your affiliate link. Just click to copy it, and then go back to CryptoKit. 

                   

Now paste your affiliate link into the “Itez affiliate link” field. And click on the “Save Changes” button. 

                   

Easy as this! Your DEX is now fully configured!
