How To Get & Add Bitcoin & ETH Wallet Addresses

Once you have activated your own decentralized exchange (DEX), it is time you get your wallets.

You need Bitcoin and Ethereum wallets to withdraw your DEX earnings, both of these you can easily create and add wallet addresses in a few simple steps.

As you might know already, there are dozens of wallet services you can use to create cryptocurrency wallets.

But you can create Bitcoin and Ethereum wallets in one single place simply by creating a Coinbase account.

To create a Coinbase account, start by visiting Coinbase.com
There, click on the “sign up” button. And then select “individual” when prompted, in the

following page. Then click on “get started”.

Now enter your personal details, including your first and last name, and email address.

Create a password.

Tick the “user agreement” checkbox, solve the captcha, and click on “create free account”.

Before you continue, go to your email inbox, look for a “verify your email address” email from Coinbase, open the email, and click on the “verify email address” button.

You will need to continue setting up your account by verifying your phone number and adding a payment method right after.

Once in your account you are going to click on the “get wallet” tab on the sidebar menu.

You’ll be prompted to add the “Coinbase Wallet” extension to your browser, so simply click on the “Add Extension” button.

Once the extension is installed you’ll be prompted to create a new wallet on this new page.

You simply need to click on the “Create New Wallet” button. This will generate your wallet’s seed phrase.

If you haven’t set up a cryptocurrency wallet before, it is vital that you understand that your seed phrase is super important!

This is because your seed phrase is what will give you access to your wallet on other devices.

It is also the only way to recover your wallet if you ever lose access to it.

There are two things you need to do with your seed phrase:

1. You need to save your seed phrase on a secure place. My recommendation is that you type/write it down on a piece of paper or notebook that only you have access to!

Don’t save your seed phrase on a file in your computer!

2. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, as this will give access to your wallet to anyone who has it.

Ok, what you’ll do now is to click on “copy” to temporarily save your seed phrase on a notepad file, so you can type it down.

Remember to delete the seed phrase from your computer after typing it down!

Next you are going to tick the checkbox. And then you’re going to click on “continue”.

Now verify your seed phrase by selecting the first and last words, and click on “submit”.

Lastly, create a password for your wallet. Tick the checkbox, and click to continue.

Once your wallet extension is installed, simply click on the extension icon, and then click on the “show wallet address” button.

There you will find your Ethereum wallet address, where you can withdraw all fees from all coins other than Bitcoin.

To get your Bitcoin address, login to the Coinbase wallet app on your mobile phone.

Adding Your Wallet Address To CryptoKit

Start by signing in to your dashboard.

Next, click on the “CryptoKit Settings” shortcut. And then click on the “DEX Settings” tab.

Now click on the “Transaction Fees” tab on this column.

To add your address, simply copy your Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses from your Coinbase wallet, and paste them into the “Bitcoin Wallet Address” and “Ethereum Wallet Address” fields, respectively.

And then click on “Save Changes”.

Now you will start collecting earnings from your DEX fees right on your wallets the moment a transaction happens, so you won’t have to wait or do manual withdrawals.
